Who GagePilot is for

  • Internal quality, metrology, maintenance, or operations teams
  • Teams currently managing a controlled instrument register in CSV or XLSX
  • Manufacturers that need a clear view of current, due-soon, overdue, and out-of-service instruments
  • Teams that want certificates and calibration history connected to the instrument record

What the trial includes

  • A 14-day workspace trial with no credit card required
  • Import of a CSV or XLSX instrument register
  • Up to 500 instruments on the Starter workspace
  • Unlimited invited users, calibration records, certificates, alerts, reports, and exports
  • A self-serve setup path that starts with the register you already maintain

How setup works

  1. Create a workspaceUse your company or facility name to create an empty workspace.
  2. Import the registerUpload a CSV or XLSX file with an asset ID, description, and next due date.
  3. Review the queueCheck due-soon, overdue, current, and out-of-service statuses before inviting the wider team.
  4. Record the next calibrationCapture the result, next due date, provider, notes, and certificate with the instrument history.

Pricing after the trial

The Starter workspace is $99 per month for up to 500 instruments. You can review billing in the workspace and choose a paid plan after the trial; payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in GagePilot.

What GagePilot does not replace

GagePilot is not a calibration laboratory, a full QMS or CMMS, a compliance certification, or a substitute for your approved quality procedures. It helps your team keep schedules, records, histories, and evidence organized so those procedures are easier to carry out and review.
